How to Schedule Your Inspection

FRI - Front Range Real Estate Inspectors, Inc. strongly encourages you to accompany us at your inspection in order for you to get the full benefit from your inspection. This is a good time to have your questions answered about the home. There is a wealth of information presented during a professional home inspection. We are also available after the inspection for follow-up questions or concerns.

You can expect that it will take an average of two to three hours to competently inspect a typical single family, three bedroom home. Time and fee guidelines for the inspection varies according to the size of the home. Our office is able to quote the cost of your inspection when you schedule. Payment is expected at the inspection and can be made by cash, personal check, Visa or Mastercard.

We typically schedule appointments at 9:00 a.m. or 10:00a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. On Saturday we are available at 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. by special request.  Please call us as soon as you are aware you need an inspection as we book up quickly and want to be able to meet your deadline. Our staff will do their best to accommodate your needs and answer any questions you may have at this time.
